The favorable creative environment created and implemented at the Shirinshoh Shokhtemur Tajik Agrarian University plays an important role in matters of self-education and self-awareness, which is a logical realization of the wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, and is a major factor in achieving success in educational and scientific fields, and training agricultural specialists with high culture.

The issues of educating the younger generation, especially young people, are considered one of the most important issues of the day, their correct decision is closely related to the development of all spheres: the social, economic, political and cultural life of Independent Tajikistan. The founder of peace and unity, the leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rakhmon, notes that raising children, adolescents and young people in the spirit of traditional humanism is one of the important issues in the formation of today's and tomorrow's state and society, where demographic tasks and streamlining the family, are considered the main ways of establishing a healthy society, effective ways and means of solving which were put forward in the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 94 dated March 3, 2006. in the “National Education Concept in the Republic of Tajikistan”.

The national concept of education determines the current policy and prospects of the state in the field of national education of the general public, especially the younger generation, education and upbringing of children. It regulates the nature, tasks and content of national education at a new historical stage, determines its role and status in shaping the personality of a full-fledged person, which is considered one of the most important tasks of the present and future state and society. Educating adolescents and young people, in our opinion, is the task of every member of society, institutions and social institutions. In order for the laws and public order to be observed to certain standards, it is necessary to strengthen the ties of parents with the social institutions in which their children receive education. This, if on the one hand, helps to reduce the crime rate among adolescents and young people, on the other hand, leads to compliance with the law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the responsibility of parents for the education and upbringing of children”. In this direction, the words of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon play a creative role: “Today, when we united under the flag of the Homeland and the Independent State, young people should know the historical values of a sovereign state and have feelings of self-consciousness, national pride and unity of the nation ". It is talented, honest and patriotic youth who really have creative thinking that can be good and influential contemporaries of the society in the future.

The head of state highly appreciates the role and importance of young people in creating and strengthening a civilized and far-sighted state, preserving state independence. Thanks to the independence of the state, all conditions have been created for the development of the world outlook of young people, as a guiding link in society. This is evidenced by the adoption of a number of laws and programs of the Republic of Tajikistan “Law on youth and state youth policy until 2020”, etc., “State national political concept of youth”, “State policy strategy of the youth Republic of Tajikistan until 2020”, etc., All these documents and programs are evidence of the special attention of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to this social stratum of society. Our youth highly values peace and tranquility, stability and national unity. Since there are states and societies in the world that, by territory, borders and population, far exceed our country, but, unfortunately, do not have state independence, have neither a nation nor a language, as a result, are fragmented into groups within the country.

Raising young people in a spirit of respect for national traditions, ancestral customs and the moral heritage of their ancestors is one of the requirements of the national concept of education. The great Tajik thinkers, for many centuries, made a huge contribution to the formation of spiritual culture and national values. Today, seeing how our Independent Tajikistan flourishes, we understand what a rich and vibrant history our unique people has had in the past. An important factor in the education, is the revival of youth interest in the identity of the national culture. Folk art, folk art is a kind of spring of spiritual life, a source of respect for the history, culture of its people and pride in it.

Tajiks are a nation with a rich history and culture that could not lose the roots of its heritage and carry holidays like Navruz, Mehrgon and Sada through the centuries. Celebration of these holidays is not only a way of preserving and transmitting traditions, but also one of the means of national self-consciousness of young people. Due to the fact that the role of traditional values in the life of our country is increasing, the importance of national holidays is increasing, as they contain diverse elements of our history and culture. One of the most ancient holidays is the Garden, the celebration of which will help strengthen the national identity and educate the younger generation in the spirit of striving to revive ancient traditions and rituals. The country's achievements over the years of independence show that the founder of peace and unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and esteemed Emomali Rakhmon, made all their efforts to improve the land of our ancestors and turn our Homeland into a prosperous state. The Tajik people, led by the Leader of the Nation, respected by Emomali Rahmon, marked significant historical dates with special, memorable celebrations.

The leadership of the Tajik Agrarian University Shirinshoh Shotemur pays special attention to educating the young generation in the spirit of love for the Motherland and devotion to the Fatherland, respect for their language, history of literature, with the goal of bringing up a harmonious personality, worthy and useful citizens of their country. Fruitful meetings are held with representatives of human rights structures, which is important in educating young people of selfless dedication, in the name of the prosperity of our country and the increase of wealth and values for its people, its national culture, its land.

The head of the department in different years years experienced teachers, such as: Karomatulloev E.S. (1991 - 1997), Tagoev J.S. (1997 - 1998), Sobirdzhonov S. (1998 - 2000), Karomatulloev E.S. (2000 - 2003), Karomatulloeva R.S. (2003 - 2009), Khasanov N.R. (2009 - 2014).

News

On 14.09.2018 a meeting was held between representatives of the North-West University of Agriculture and Forestry of the People's Republic of China with the management of Tajik Agrarian University named after Shirinshoh Shohtemur. During this meeting, an agreement was signed on the creation of an agro park on the basis of the educational and industrial economy of the university in the city of Hissor and on the basis of the university the creation of a Center for the Study of Chinese Language.

On 19.12.18 an online lecture was held on the topic “Genomic technologies in livestock breeding”, lectured by professor of Kemerovo State Agricultural Institute Natalia Anatolyevna Chalova to students of the veterinary faculty of TAU named after Sh. Shohtemur.

On 20.12.2018 - Representatives of the FAO program Nedka Ivanova, Bapaev K. arrived on a working visit to TAU, where they discussed issues of conducting trainings on economics and veterinary medicine in the framework of the project “Strengthening the capacity of institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and the service of veterinary supervision on policy development.

On 25.12.2018 - Deputy Director of the PRAXX organization of Germany Giyosov Izatullo arrived to conduct a training seminar.

On 25.12.2018 - representatives of the Eurasian University of Kazakhstan arrived on a working visit. At a meeting between representatives of two universities, agreements on international cooperation in the field of education and science were reviewed and signed.

January 14.01.2019 - during a meeting of representatives of two universities of the Food Safety Institute and the Institute of Agricultural Mechanization of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the People's Republic of China and the management of the TAU named after Sh. Shotemur signed bilateral agreements on cooperation in the creation of a techno park and greenhouses for growing crops on the basis of the training and production economy TAU named.after Sh. Shotemur in the city of Hissor.

On 28.01.2019, on the basis of the signed Agreement on academic mobility between TAU named after Sh. Shotemur and Novosibirsk State Agrarian University, students of finance and credit, economics and veterinary science Chakaev N., Yusupov I., Boymulozoda A. and Buzurukov A. were sent to continue their studies in the second semester at Novosibirsk State Agrarian University, as well as a student of the economic faculty of the university Ernazarova Sofia arrived to continue her studies at TAU named after Sh.  Legalization 

Legalization is a procedure for the legal use of a certificate of education in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. Legalization is carried out only in the country receiving the certificate of education.

 Apostille 

Apostilization is a simplified procedure for legalization. If your country is on the list of countries participating in the 1961 Hague Convention, then the “Apostille” stamp is stamped on the original document or on a separate sheet attached to the document and can be written in the official language of its issuing authority.

 Consular legalization 

Consular legalization is carried out in 2 stages: 

  • • certification of the document (as a rule, the original, in some countries - a copy) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country issuing the document: 

corresponding stamps and seals are stamped, indicating the position and signature of the certifying person;

In recent years, our university’s cooperation with higher educational institutions of foreign countries has been aimed at enhancing the development of cooperation in the fields of education, science and culture, and attaining scientific and technical progress. The international cooperation of the university, which has expanded significantly over the last decade, is a key factor in the entry of our university into the world educational space for active implementation: innovation in the educational process, conducting breakthrough research, increasing student and teaching mobility.

The department of management of international activities of Tajik Agrarian University named after Shirinshoh Shotemur is expressed in the implementation of the main points of the Work Plan based on instructions and orders of the Government of  Republic of Tajikistan,   Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Academic Council of the University. According to signed international agreements and memorandum of cooperation between universities, international conferences, symposia, forums, educational and joint research projects are held. Conducting and participating in these events provided an opportunity for university scholars, students, masters and graduate students to become better acquainted with the achievements of our time, to share their acquired skills and experience.

For its recent history, TAU named after Sh. Shohtemur has accumulated a wealth of international experience, has won international recognition due to its high places in the world's leading international rankings of universities. University’s achievements cause great interest in our educational programs. The development of partnerships with leading universities in the world is one of the priorities of international cooperation. The university has 130 bilateral agreements with universities and research organizations from 25 countries. The university attaches great importance to teaching mobility: leading foreign teachers and practitioners are actively involved in the learning process, who make a significant contribution to the expansion of theoretical knowledge and professionalism.

On the basis of bilateral agreements in the framework of Projects and Programs of higher educational institutions of foreign countries, 87 teachers and 113 students, masters (88 students, masters completed practical training in the Russian Federation and Germany, 70 graduates are trained in the magistracy, took part in international conferences, symposia, forums, joint research projects, short courses, continued training, passed production practice in Europe and Asia. When using the new information technology - skype-was held on 550 international, scientific and educational conferences, methodological seminars and lectures on various problems 4 international Olympiads were organized and held. In turn, on March 28, 2017, Rector of the University, Professor Salimzoda Amonullo Fayzullo was awarded the title of “BEST MANAGER OF THE YEAR” - “BEST TOP MEHEDGER OF THE YEAR”. In the same years, with the assistance of the EDNET training center, CARANA, USAID corporations, the department received books on economics and business, textbooks and journals from SOROS, FAO organizations that were donated to the university libraries. The Department of International Relations signed an agreement with the Aga Khan Foundation on the development of long-term payments for the training of students from among the citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and on the use of computer classes through the “Business Center” organization. From 2010 to 2016 alone, more than 300 teachers from the ERASMUS, ERASMUS + program participated in international conferences, symposia, internships, training courses and retraining. At present, the main purpose of bilateral agreements is to improve the educational process on the basis of scientific, educational and methodological developments; studying and introducing the experience of leading university teachers; expanding and strengthening cooperation, improving the quality of faculty activities, administration workers, graduate students and students; ensuring two-way awareness of the organization’s activities through the media.

Today the Tajik agrarian university  named by Sh. Shotemur is one of the leading centers of science, culture, education for the training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel.

Magistracy is established only in institutes, academies and universities, which have a Department of postgraduate and doctoral studies, as well as have the appropriate scientific and methodological capabilities, material, technical and educational base, on the basis of the order of the Minister of education and science of the Republic of Tajikistan. The period of full-time study in the master's degree is two years.

Graduates with a diploma of higher education have the right to study for a master's degree. Department of graduate education at the Tajik agrarian university named Sh. Shotemur started with 01.11. In 2012, there were 13 specialties.

In 2014, the first graduation in 13 specialties took place, 46 masters were graduated and received diplomas, three of them received diplomas with honors.

Currently, 133 masters (7 girls and 124 boys, 82 of whom are studying on a contractual basis, the rest - on a budgetary basis) are trained in 17 specialties of TAU master's degree. The number of masters of the first year of study is 39, and the second year – 94 masters.

From the very beginning of the opening of the Department of magistracy, the University management pays special attention to the issue of training of highly qualified personnel. Postgraduate education is important in the training of scientific and pedagogical staff of the University. In this regard, the largest scientific centers of the former Soviet Union, including the cities of Moscow, St. Peterburg, Voronezh, Novosibirsk, Tbilisi and others have a positive impact and support.

TAU scientists also provide comprehensive support to foreign countries in the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of science and education. Currently, graduate students and applicants from Iran, Afghanistan, China, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and others are studying at TAU.

Currently, the magistracy TAU instruction, and prepare scientific-pedagogical personnel in 3 directions and 45 specialties.  

In the training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff, a lot of work put university scientists, such as: Salimzoda A. F., Norov M. S., Mahmudayrzoda  U. M., Gulov S. M., Nabiev T. N., Samandarov I. K., Madaminov A. A., Sharifov R. Z., Sardorov M. N., Nosirov R., Rakhmatulloev R., Kodirov V., V. A. Bobojonov, Ruziev I. B., Radjabov F. M., Shamsiev A., Khaitov, A. , Ahmedov, B. R., Karomatulloev E. C. and others.

In the 2017-2018 academic year, postgraduate and doctoral studies were attached to the Department of magistracy, in this connection, the full name of the Department began to sound like: Department of master's, postgraduate and doctoral PhD.

By order of the rector of the University, from 2018-2019 the head of this Department was appointed Mirzoev Idibek Abduzhabborovich, candidate of agricultural Sciences, associate Professor.

It should be noted that training in the Department of master's, postgraduate and doctoral PhD is held on a contractual and budgetary basis.
