REGISTRATION

After accommodation in the hostel, you need as soon as possible to apply to the department Management of international activities, which is located in the main administrative building (2nd floor, office 205), for registration in MIA. Information about the location of the buildings can be clarified on look-out of the hostel.

Have the following documents with you:

1. Passport + copy of all passport pages

2. Migration card + copy of migration card

3. Pictures 2 pcs. 3x4

Additional payments:

1. Accommodation at the hotel ______ somoni. / Day.

2. Accommodation in a hostel is 1500 somoni / year.

3. Organizational fee of 300 somoni. (once)

4. Medical examination ______ somoni.

 Legalize and recognize education documents

 Legalization 

Legalization is a procedure for the legal use of a certificate of education in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. Legalization is carried out only in the country receiving the certificate of education.

 Apostille 

Apostilization is a simplified procedure for legalization. If your country is on the list of countries participating in the 1961 Hague Convention, then the “Apostille” stamp is stamped on the original document or on a separate sheet attached to the document and can be written in the official language of its issuing authority.

 Consular legalization 

Consular legalization is carried out in 2 stages: 

• • certification of the document (as a rule, the original, in some countries - a copy) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country issuing the document: 

corresponding stamps and seals are stamped, indicating the position and signature of the certifying person; 

• • certification by consular services of the Republic of Tajikistan (by the consulate or representative office of the Republic of Tajikistan) in the country of issue of the document: 

corresponding stamps and seals are stamped, indicating the position and signature of the certifying person. 

• • Legalization is not needed, when an agreement has been concluded between the country of issue and the Republic of Tajikistan on its cancellation. A complete list can be found on the website of the National Information Center for the recognition of education and (or) qualifications, academic degrees and titles received in a foreign state by the FSBI “main expert center” or specified in the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in your country. 

How to recognize a document on education in the Republic of Tajikistan? 

In addition to mandatory legalization, applicants from many countries will need to go through the procedure of recognition of their documents in the Republic of Tajikistan. Where to go through the procedure of recognition? 

Required package of documents: 

• Statement
• Identity document and its copy
•  Education document: original, certified copy and translation
• State duty

5 Get an invitation 

• To issue an invitation, a foreign citizen must send the following documents to visa.gov.tj:

2. Send the following documents to the address no later than 50 days prior to the date of the desired entry:
