The issue of educating the younger generation (youth) is one of the most important issues of today's reality (today) and the development of all spheres of social, economic, political and cultural life of independent Tajikistan depends on its reasonable solution. The Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon considers the education of children, adolescents and youth in the spirit of observing and preserving traditional and universal values ​​​​one of the most important tasks of the present and future state and society. He recognizes the problems of demography and family regulation as the main factors of a healthy society, the ways and means of implementing which were considered in the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 84 dated March 3, 2006 "National concept of education in the Republic of Tajikistan". This concept determines the current policy and the future of the state in the field of national education of the broad masses of the population, especially the younger generation. Educating students in the spirit of patriotism, respect for national values ​​and world civilization, in the spirit of humanism, protection of life and health, respect for teachers, protection and increase of the prestige of their university is the most important task of the university management, each teacher and course curators.

The Department of Educational Work of our university has been functioning since 2018. From 2018 to 2023, the department was headed by Kubonova Mavzuna Tuychievna. From September 2023 till present time, Jurghosiev Mulloahmadshoh Jurghosievich – candidate of philology sciences, was appointed to the position of the Head of the Education Department
