In order to fulfill the recommendations of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the leader of the nation, Emomali Rahmon, on the transition to distance learning and the execution of the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 2258 dated July 30, 2017 on the implementation of the resolution of the Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan dated May 29, 2017, №7 / 35 "On approval of the Charter of distance learning in higher vocational schools of the Republic of Tatarstan", order No. 08 of 02/02/2018, the rector of the university based on the University Testing Center a distance learning department was established.

The learning process in the distance learning system is set in accordance with the Distance Learning Regulations in higher professional educational institutions and approved by the Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan on May 29, 2017, No. 7/35.

Distance learning is a way to implement the learning process using modern information and telecommunication technologies, which is possible learning at a distance without the direct participation of the teacher and trainee.

The distance learning process is a new part of learning, in which information technologies are involved; The essential difference from the correspondence form of education is that the training material is provided to the student by means of modern information and communication technologies (via email, via Skype, online communication). The main condition is logging in, activation of the login and password, through which the above operations are available.

In order to improve the quality of the distance learning process and increase the information activity of students, trainings on the introduction of information technologies were conducted at the university.
